Welcome to Sacred Sensors LLC! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Information

Sacred Sensors LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a videography, photography, and media production company. Our website showcases our portfolio and facilitates the booking of services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this site, you confirm that you are eligible to enter into a contract under applicable law.

3. Services Offered

We offer videography, photography, and related media production services. Our services include professional shoots, editing, and media delivery, as well as custom projects for clients in various industries, including dance, fashion, and business promotions.

4. Payments & Refunds

We accept payments via credit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, Link, Affirm, Cash App Pay, and Amazon Pay.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to book any service.
Cancellations can be made at least 24 hours in advance with no additional deposit required for rebooking. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit.
There are no refunds on services. If a client is unhappy with the result, a discount on future services may be offered at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Clients who fully fund a project own the rights to the content created for them, unless otherwise specified in the contract (such as in collaborations).
You may use the content however you please, with the understanding that if modifications are made, credit to Sacred Sensors is no longer required.
Sacred Sensors retains ownership of the content produced in collaborative or co-funded projects unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to engage in the following activities on our website:

Reselling, reproducing, or using our website content (other than client work) for commercial purposes.
Posting spam, harassing others, or promoting unauthorized businesses.
Copying or using our branding, logos, or website design without permission.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect your name, email address, phone number, and cookies for the purpose of providing our services.
Payment data may be shared with Stripe to process invoices and payment links. Data is stored in the Wix website database.
We take appropriate measures to protect your information but are not liable for breaches outside of our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any technical issues, outages, or loss of data on our website.
In the case of media loss or damage (e.g., memory card or hard drive failure), we will issue a refund for the affected service.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service for clients with a history of nonpayment, fraudulent activity, or harassment. Clients who fail to adhere to these Terms of Service will not be refunded and may be banned from future services.

10. Dispute Policy

Good Faith Resolution: We encourage clients to contact us directly at contact@sacredsensors.com or 833-736-7672 to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.
Mediation & Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to first attempt mediation through a neutral third party before pursuing litigation.
Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be governed by the laws of the state of Maryland and must be filed in Maryland courts.
Chargeback Fraud Prevention: If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and seek legal action for fraudulent claims.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Maryland law.

12. Updates to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you will be notified via email if you have provided one.
